Terms of Service
Last Updated: 8 November 2025 Welcome to RentALL (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using or accessing RentALL, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
1. Overview
RentALL is an online marketplace that allows users to rent, hire, or offer products and services. RentALL provides a platform for connecting Providers (those offering goods or services) and Renters (those hiring or booking them).
RentALL acts solely as an intermediary — we do not own, control, supply, or manage any listings, and we are not a party to any transaction between users..
2. Eligibility
To use RentALL, you must:
Be 18 years or older;
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
By using RentALL, you confirm that all information you provide is true and that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to list, rent, or book through RentALL.
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
RentALL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, engages in fraud, or misuses the Platform.
4. Listings and Rentals
For Providers
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including item descriptions, pricing, availability, and any specific terms or conditions.
You must ensure all goods or services are safe, legal, and meet any applicable standards or regulations.
You agree not to list any prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items.
You are responsible for obtaining any required licences, insurance, or permits.
For Renters
You are responsible for the proper care and use of any rented goods.
You must return items in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.
You are liable for any loss, theft, or damage to rented items during your rental period.
You must comply with any rules or terms set by the Provider.
5. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).
RentALL may charge service or transaction fees; these will be shown before you confirm a booking or listing.
Providers receive payouts once the rental or service is completed successfully.
RentALL is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by Section 10 below.
6. Taxes
Providers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, and reporting any taxes (including VAT or income tax) arising from their use of RentALL. RentALL does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of users unless required by law.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use RentALL responsibly and lawfully. You must not:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
Use the Platform for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities;
Interfere with the Platform’s operation (e.g., hacking, scraping, spamming);
Misuse another user’s data or identity;
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Violation of these terms may result in permanent account suspension or legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and trademarks displayed on RentALL belong to RentALL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.
You retain ownership of any content (e.g., photos, descriptions) you upload, but you grant RentALL a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and promote that content for platform purposes.
9. Platform Role and Disclaimer
RentALL is a neutral facilitator of transactions between users. We do not own, verify, or control any listings, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of goods or services offered by users.
Accordingly:
All transactions occur at your own risk.
RentALL is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, late returns, or failure to deliver goods or services.
RentALL does not offer insurance or coverage for items, users, or transactions unless explicitly stated.
RentALL does not verify the identity or background of users beyond optional verification checks.
You agree that RentALL shall not be held liable for any theft, damage, personal injury, property loss, or financial loss arising from any transaction or interaction with another user.
Users are encouraged to:
Inspect items before renting;
Use deposits, agreements, or insurance where appropriate;
Report suspicious or fraudulent behaviour to rentallconnect@gmail.com .
10. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
Refunds and Cancellations
All rentals and transactions made through RentALL are final. Refunds are not provided once a booking or payment has been confirmed, except where required by law.
Providers are responsible for accurately representing their items and setting their own cancellation terms before a rental begins. By proceeding with a booking, users acknowledge and accept the Provider’s stated terms and condition of the item.
RentALL does not offer or guarantee refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.
In the event of a dispute between users, RentALL may, at its discretion, offer limited assistance but is not obligated to mediate or enforce any outcome. Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes directly and amicably.
11. Termination and Suspension
RentALL reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or acts unlawfully;
Remove or edit content that violates these Terms;
Retain certain data for legal, security, or audit purposes even after account closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting rentallconnect@gmail.com .
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
RentALL provides the Platform “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty.
RentALL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, business, or reputation.
RentALL’s total liability to any user will not exceed the total fees paid to RentALL in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits RentALL’s liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such exclusion would be unlawful.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentALL, its owners, affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Platform;
Your breach of these Terms;
Any violation of law or third-party rights.
