Do I need to verify my identity? Yes. RentALL uses secure ID verification to protect both renters and providers. This ensures listings are genuine and transactions are safe.
💼 Listing Items or Services
How do I list my product or service? Go to Create Listing, add clear photos, write a detailed description, set your price, and choose your availability. Once published, your listing will appear in searches instantly.
What can I list on RentALL? You can list almost anything legal to rent — including tools, vehicles, electronics, home services, and event items. Make sure your listings comply with our Terms of Service.
Can I set my own pricing and terms? Yes, providers have full control over pricing, availability, and their own rules (such as cancellation policies or requirements).
💳 Payments and Security
How do payments work? All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted payment partner. Funds are held safely until the renter confirms receipt of the item or completion of the service.
When do I get paid? After the rental period or service is successfully completed, your payment is automatically released to your linked bank account.
Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. RentALL never stores your payment details. All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe.
🔄 Cancellations and Refunds
Can I cancel a booking? Yes. Each provider sets their own cancellation policy, so make sure to review it before booking.
Are refunds available? Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the provider’s stated policy. RentALL may step in to help resolve disputes, but we cannot promise refunds unless the provider’s policy allows it.

How does RentALL keep users safe? We verify users, monitor listings for authenticity, and use secure payment protection. We also encourage communication through the platform only, never off-site.
